Power, intelligence, and style are the key components of the Blackwing, and this spot demanded exacting sound design to match. To ensure we captured the authentic character of these engines, we began with audio recorded directly on set. 

The spot is built around a Blackwing ramping up from first gear to sixth. Each gear shift is punctuated by an arresting pulse, and the entire mix builds in intensity. When we finally hit sixth gear, we reinforce the engine with animalistic sounds to underscore the raw force of the Blackwing at full throttle. Combine these elements with Regina King’s commanding narration, and the result is a bracing snapshot of power in motion.
